No Needy Among Them

05/29/2008 - "Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. " ~ Acts 2:45
"There were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned lands or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to anyone as he had need." ~ Acts 4:34-35
These followers in the aborning church took Jesus seriously when He said:
"Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys." ~ Luke 12:33
